We requested Dr. R. Sivakumar, IPS Superintendent of Police (Idol Theft Prevention Unit, Chennai) him to participate as a special guest in the state conference magazine release happening in December. He accepted the request and assured us that he would attend. We also conveyed our congratulations and insisted that he must definitely participate.
